State Farm has been an intricate part of my life since college. I first started working for State Farm agents in both Cedar Falls, where I attended the University of Northern Iowa, as well as Dubuque, where I spent my summers answering phones, assisting customers, and learning from some of the most experienced State Farm Agents in the field. After graduating with my B.A. I took a claim's rep position in Cedar Falls, and eventually worked my way up to a claim's manager position in 2003. In 2010, I crossed over to become my own boss, and State Farm Agent. I opened my agency in 2013, right here in the wonderful town of Grimes, IA. I absolutely love my role as a State Farm Insurance Agent and look forward to the next 25 years!

I met my husband, Kevin while both of us were working as State Farm Claim's reps in Cedar Falls, and together we now have three wonderful kids. Zachary, my 24-year-old, has Down Syndrome and is busy learning life skills and working, Jake, (Not THAT Jake) my 18-year-old, just graduated this past year from Waukee's Northwest High School, and is taking on a plumbing apprenticeship. My youngest Addison is 15 is in the 10th grade this year. I can't forget to mention, we also have our lovable Cockapoo, Josie, who makes our home complete.

Today, as your local State Farm Insurance Agent in the Dallas-Center Grimes area, I oversee an experienced team to bring you the right insurance coverage at every stage of your life.
