About me

I’m Andrea Sabus, a dedicated State Farm agent in Grimes, IA, proudly serving families and businesses in the Grimes / Dallas Center area.

My team and I help customers with a wide range of insurance needs, including auto insurance, home and renters coverage, life and health options, and coverage for items like campers, boats, UTVs, and ATVs. Whether you’re making updates to your policy, shopping for new coverage, or need help after something unexpected, we build a plan that fits your life—not a one-size-fits-all policy.

State Farm has been part of my career since college. I started working for State Farm agents in Cedar Falls and Dubuque, and after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, I began my journey in claims—moving up to Claims Manager by 2003. In 2010, I became an agent, and I opened my Grimes, IA office in 2013. I genuinely enjoy what I do, and I’m proud to serve this community.

Outside the office, I’m a wife and mom of three, and I’m involved locally, including volunteering with GVSS and the Grimes Storehouse. I believe insurance is about more than policies—it’s about relationships and being there when it matters most.
